You don’t need to complete all 30 tasks. But we encourage you to try at least 2-5 items per category.
Start with some easy task like sun bathing your palm to encourage yourselves and build momentum and confidence. Then try to do those more difficult one.
Remember we encourage you to try and not forcing for completion. The key is the awareness to your thinking and feeling during the process!
Participants can take their own phase on when to do what. We, as an organizer, however will use the 1st ten days for Personal theme, 2nd ten days for Family & Friends, and 3rd ten days for Community and Environment
By the end of 30 days, you will receive a google form to records which task(s) you have completed or tried. You are encouraged to use the Instagram group chat to post the task(s) you have completed, where all history chat are available for your activity end recording. In the meantime, you can use you own tools / mobile app to record the tasks you have completed. Downloading the task lists on your cellphone as a photo would be a good alternative too.
The survey will be sent to registered participants only and a post activity survey will also be sent to registered participants. Based on the two surveys, a personal report will be sent to you on your progress around the IDG skills / qualities.
