Joys 30 invite you to embark on a 30-day journey to uncover your inner capacity in developing relations with self, others, and the environment. Grow from within, together with like-minded people in the program.
Joys 30 is not a competition but a self-exploration journey. Have an open, curious, and exploratory attitude, and enjoy the coming 30 days with other participants!
Why Joys 30
As human beings, we are on a lifelong journey to find out who we are, what we are here for, and to become the person we want.
Joys 30 is an awareness journey from ego system to eco-system through three dimensions:
1) better relating to oneself;
2) better relating to others; and
3) better relating the whole system.

What is Joys 30
Since 2021, social enterprise Third Sector Connect (TSC) has been running Joys 30 amongst volunteers and practitioners from social organisations. Through taking on 30 small 'challenges', Joys 30 encourages participants to achieve personal development through accumulation of incremental changes. Each of the 30 challenges is carefully designed to raise self-awareness and put thoughts into actions.
The process involves exploration of the participant's own blind spots and subconscious mindset. As the participant takes on the 30 tasks during a 30-day period, he or she will depart from his habitual thought process and behavioral pattern. One tiny step at a time, the participant is encouraged to become more curious and courageous to act beyond his comfort zone, through daily interactions with the environment, the people around him, and himself.
Joys 30 also takes into consideration a renowned scientific framework - Inner Development Goal framework for the human qualities and skills needed for future sustainability. Most importantly, the process nurtures interaction and connection organically among participants to provide a safe space for sharing and support on this exploratory journey.

How to play
At the start of a 30-day journey, Joys 30 participants are given 30 small tasks to perform under the categories of Personal, Family & Friends, and Community & Environment. Participants need to share a photo of each of their performed tasks onto Instagram.
Duration of journey: 1 to 30 November, 2023
