The Justice Commission of the South West Province are excited to invite you to attend their upcoming Province Day -

 "Let This Be the Time" (flyer attached) 

At this Province Day we will hear from

1.    Jane Mellett - Trócaire's Laudato Si Officer who will speak to us about "The Letter". 

2.    Sr. Jo McCarthy of the Cork Migrant Centre on her input to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. 

3.    Brian O' Toole on the SDGs and Ireland's second Voluntary National Review. 

We have extended this invitation to the Sisters and Friends of Nano in the South West, North East and English Presentation Provinces

The Justice Commission of the South West Province of Ireland.

The Irish State are in the process of preparing their Second Voluntary National Review that will outline their progress to date with respect to the Irish promise re the SDGs. Further this VNR will indicate the next steps for SDG implmentation at home and abroad as per the 2nd National SDG Implementaiton Plan. At their invitaiton we have prepared an 800 word (well slightly over the limit!) submission to the official Irish VNR and this can be read below.
