State of the State: Share and Care - In an interactive space, members will share “glows” regarding state initiatives and success stories, show how their states “grow” in challenging times, and “gather” new information and make connections with one another. Bring your markers and imagination for this activity!

Change Management - How do we manage and respond to change? How do we lead and allow change to happen through us instead of to us? What changes have we encountered and how did we grow from those challenges? What changes do we see on the horizon? We will explore these topics during this session.

Teacher Recruitment and Retention - Ensuring a high quality teacher Corp is fundamental to providing students with the best education possible. In this session we will begin to explore the topic of teacher retention and recruitment and discuss state efforts and programs that have been initiated to both recruit, train and retain high quality teachers in the profession.

Operation Cooperation - This time will be used to reflect on information and ideas discussed today for the purpose of identifying collaborative work in response to identified areas for growth.

Closing - Looking Ahead at Tomorrow’s Agenda
