Quest #9: SIM on Evidence for ESSA

Evidence for ESSA is an online page published by Johns Hopkins University. This website identifies programs that fall into the strong, moderate, and promising definitions under ESSA because they have met scientific evidence of effectiveness. Programs earning a rating of "strong" have evidence from at least one well-designed and well-implemented experimental (i.e., randomized) study.

SIM (broadly to include CE Routines, Content Literacy Continuum, Fusion Reading, Learning Strategies, and Xtreme Reading) and Xtreme Reading (noted again here because it was also evaluated separately) received strong ESSA ratings.
