WATCH PARTY NOTES

• After joining Zoom, please check-in your group using this check-in form:

• If your watch party does not plan on participating in the break out groups, please prefix your name with “O”.

For example: Mixed-gender group of 10, at least 1 is a worker, at the meeting hall: OXW10 Meeting Hall Odessa

• Please limit the number of attendees in a Watch Party to 10. To help with the participation in the Watch Party, we encourage you to use the same Serving One to Young People ratio that we use for the conferences which is at least 1 Serving One for every 4 Young People.

• Please do not allow any adults who has not gone through the application process in the watch party. The only exception is the parents of the young people who are hosting the watching.

• If you are in a watch party of 4 or more attendees, please text one of the monitors with the names of who is in your watch party at the start of the conference meeting. The phone numbers of the monitors will be distributed later next week.
