Trakstar is a website that houses NRG or Reliant specific Learning Modules. These are required to be passed to qualify for a sales code.
To access Trakstar
Login to your 2020 Webmail account
Look for an email from Agent Activation
Click on the Get Started link in the email
Setup a password
Complete all trainings assigned
Your username will be your 2020 email address.
For Example: ttesterson.rlt@2020companies.com
