Mitek is a required verification sent out by Reliant

In order to receive the link to submit your verification documents you must complete a training in Trakstar called:

MiS_Performance and Ethical Standards Document 20/20 Reliant Retail

**You must pass Mitek verification for your sales code to activate. (Reliant (TX) Agents only)**

Step 1

Agent receives a text or email with a link to register for Mitek

(Only sent after completing the Trakstar Training)

Choose Get Started and Accept all cookies

Step 3

Submit your Documents

(A photo of the front and back of the id will be required)

Step 5

Look for "Your verification is completed" message on screen
