  • Recent photos (within 6 months)

  • In color, forward-facing headshot (mid-chest up)

  • Indoor setting with a plain light-colored background

  • Work-appropriate attire

  • No Filters

  • No photo of a photo

  • No screenshots

  • No edited/altered photos

  • Nothing obstructing the agent’s face that is not for medical purposes

  • No hats or non-religious head dressings

  • No sunglasses or tinted glasses are worn or visible in the photo

  • No headphones or headset worn or visible in the photo
