Please let one of the Association officers know if you have not received your annual assessment (Association dues) letter.
At the annual homeowners meeting, the participating property owners again approved the procedure whereby lots on which full annual assessment payment is not received on or before May 31st will be charged a $10.00 late fee on June 1st. An additional $10.00 will be incurred on the first of each subsequent month until October 1st. If still unpaid, a real estate lien of $90.00 plus cost to file the lien will be levied against the property for assessments and fees unpaid at October 1st. If partial payments are received, the lien will be for the balance due.
