We have our Passport Program for only $19.99 one time charge good for 1 year. And if you will enroll today we can use the program’s benefit and it would only take 1-2 minutes to sign you up."

For sympathy occasion:

"Because you are placing a big order and requires special handling, the service charge is $17.98 (or $19.99) for this order alone; how about enrolling to our Passport Program instead, which is of the same price. Our passport program is only $19.99 one time charge for 1 year, at least you’re paying the same price but with benefit this time. I know this is not the right time to let you know about this; but to help you save in case you might be needing flowers soon for other occasions, so you don’t need to pay service charge whenever you place another order. How does that sound?"

The membership is cancellable at any time. However, because you are placing an order today, and using your Passport benefit, you would not be eligible for a refund.

You will be receiving a membership welcome email with a link to the full Terms and Conditions. This email includes your membership information and how to contact us with questions or if you wish to cancel.
