The 17 Months Team
If you've stumbled upon our TikTok or Youtube Channel, you may be incredibly confused- and we understand. We thought we'd explain. Hi! We're The 17 Months Team- a group of teenagers from Toronto. 17 Months started on January 7th, 2025 as an email chain between our two creators, Andy Poo and Stair Case. These emails were unstructured and improvised. After completing the emails, we started to work on a full-length novel. Because the emails were written the way they were, they do not fully align with the actual story. We have created animations and music to go along with our story. 17 Months: The Soundtrack is basically what would our story would look like as a musical.
"What's with all the Wikipedia stuff, then?" you may be wondering.
This is a long story. Anthony7, who was mentioned in our emails, is based off a Wikipedia moderator. In late 2023, before 17 Months existed, a few of our members were fooling around on Wikipedia. A Wikipedia moderator reverted our vandalism, as they should have, and we mistook the moderator's name as Anthony7. This is not their actual name/Wikipedia username. After that, "Anthony7" was an inside joke between some of our members, which explains why he showed up in the emails. In March of 2025, the 17 Months Team tried to create a Wikipedia page for the franchise- but failed miserably. Our images and articles (written in our personal Wikipedia Sandbox) were taken down by moderators, but most noticeably- CindyWolf (again, not their actual name/Wikipedia username). Putting two and two together, two other members of our team, Ray Star and Emo Babygoth created "A Wikipedia Love Story".

"The Jenksquad" is a group of people who think highly of/admire Jenkins Driver, a 17 Months character. A "Jenksquabbler" is any singular member of the Jenksquad. The 17 Months Team uses these terms to adress their fans.

Is your music AI generated?
While the production is done by Suno, all of our lyrics were written by the 17 Months team and AI was not present in the writing sessions. The 17 Months team uses AI wisely to expand on ideas (such as production and images of characters) and is highly against generative AI art and writing.
