The 17th HAA Conference will be held at Simunye Country Club, Eswatini.
Simunye is a town located in the northeast of the Lubombo Region of Eswatini, near the eastern border with Mozambique. It is situated approximately 40 km from the Mananga (RSA) and 60 km from the Mhlumeni/Gola (Mozambique) borders. More information about Simunye town can be found here.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
Simunye Country Club offers accommodation options (from bring your own tent camping to executive chalets) to suit a range of budgets. Please book directly, using the code HAA2026, by emailing thea.koen@res.co.sz .
There are also accommodation options available at the nearby Hlane Royal National Park and Mbuluzi Game Reserve.
Please note: Delegates planning to stay at Hlane Royal National Park and Mbuluzi Game Reserve must have a vehicle (own or hired) to travel between their camp and the conference venue each day. E-hailing services do not operate in Simunye, and private taxis may be challenging to use reliably.
Additionally, Hlane Royal National Park has strict gate opening and closing times (sunrise to sunset, with gates closing at 18:00 daily).

Onsite camping (own tent or hired tent) is available.
Simunye Country Club has liaised with local accommodation providers for preferential rates, including a minibus that will collect once a day from the accommodation to the conference venue and return guests once a day to the accommodation site. Please email thea.koen@res.co.sz if you wish to book either camping or to find out more details about local accommodation options.
CAMPING OPTIONS AVAILABLE AT SIMUNYE COUNTRY CLUB
Camping at the conference venue is available. Strictly no cooking allowed by campers. Camping prices are exclusive of breakfast. Campers have the option of ordering breakfast a la carte or partaking of the buffet breakfast (R200 per person).
Own tent: R100 per person for conference duration.
Hired 2 person tent: R500 per tent for four nights with check-in 23rd November and check-out 27th November. If you wish to stay for additional nights please enquire about availability at the time of booking.
Hired 3 person tent: R700 per tent for four nights with check-in on 23rd November and check-out 27th November. If you wish to stay for additional nights please enquire about availability at the time of booking.
