Herpetological Association of Africa - Conference Registration fees

25 - 29 November 2024

The organisers have endeavoured to keep costs for the conference at a minimum. The registration fee includes planned conference activities (welcome braai, closing banquet dinner), lunch and two teas each day. 

Accommodation and conference merchandise costs are not included in the registration fee. Fees cover meals on two nights (braai and banquet). Other evening meals will be available and can be paid for directly to the venue. 

Register by 15 September 2024 to take advantage of the reduced early bird pricing. All prices are quoted in local currency (South African Rand/ZAR).

Please note that Early Bird Registrations have now closed. You will now be invoiced ordinary rates.

NB - Banking fees on international payments will be for the account of the registrant. Please select this option if making an international payment. The HAA is an NPO and does not have the budget to cover these costs.

African Amphibian Working Group (AAWG) - Registration Fees

25 & 26 November 2024

The AAWG will hold its first ever joint meeting with the HAA, with a full day on Monday, 25 November, and an overlapping program on Tuesday, 26 November 2024. 

You may register for the AAWG only (2 days), or jointly for both AAWG & HAA conferences (5 days).

AAWG - 2 days only R 1500 for 2 days (R1750 if registering after 15 September)

25 November - AAWG sessions & 26 November joint sessions & Monday evening function*

AAWG & HAA - 5 days R750 added to your HAA base fees (R1000 if registering after 15 September)

25 November - AAWG sessions & 26 November joint sessions & 27 - 29 November HAA sessions & all evening functions 

*please note that the Monday evening arrival function will be held jointly between the AAWG and the HAA attendees.
