CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
We have endeavoured to keep costs for the conference to a minimum. The conference registration fees cover the welcome ice breaker event, four lunches, four morning coffees, four morning refreshments, four afternoon teas, and the banquet dinner.
Accommodation, conference merchanise, breakfast and evening meals (except for the banquet dinner) are at the delegate's own costs.
All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR).
*seniors = 65 years or older; scholars are 18 years or younger AND in school (proof of status will be required).
**proof of student registration for 2026 will be required.
***proof of being based at an institute in Africa may be requested.
To qualify for HAA members’ rate, membership must be valid for at least three months prior to registering for this conference. You can become a HAA member here.
Early bird registration is now open, until 15th September 2026; 23:59 SAST.

Payments
Payments
Banking fees on international payments will beo for the account of the registratnt. Please select this option if making an international payment. The HAA is a non-profit organisation, and does not have the budget to cover these costs.
Alternatively, please contact the organising committee on conference@africanherpetology.org to pay via credit card or make alternative arrangements.
