Take control of your fitness schedule with the Plans Page. Easily create and customize your weekly workout plan to fit your goals, availability, and training style. Each plan coordinates seamlessly with the in-app calendar, helping you stay organized and on track.

Stay organized and accountable with the in-app Calendar. Easily view your fitness schedule by marking workouts as Planned, Completed, or Not Done. This simple color-coded system helps you stay on track, identify gaps, and maintain consistency in your routine.
From planning ahead to reflecting on your progress, the Calendar keeps your fitness journey clear and structured at a glance.
Keep control of your workout data with powerful management tools. The Settings Page allows you to:
Export/Import exercises via CSV files for backup or sharing.
Reinstall default exercises across all categories if needed.
Permanently delete all exercises if you want a fresh start.

Allow Installations from Unknown Sources
If this is your first time installing an app outside the Play Store:
Go to Settings > Security (or Privacy).
Find and enable Install unknown apps or Allow from this source (you may be prompted during the install process).
Locate the Downloaded File
After downloading, open your Downloads folder or notification bar and tap the APK file.
Install the App
Tap Install when prompted. The app will begin installing on your device.
Open and Enjoy
Once installed, tap Open to launch GymDayFitTracker and start tracking your workouts!
