Mailboxes are located just inside the Indiana St door. Each unit has an assigned mailbox, the number on the mailbox will match your unit number. You should receive your mailbox key at closing or from your landlord. If you are receiving a package, USPS may put it in one of the larger package mailbox boxes and leave a key in your mailbox. Unlock the package box, remove your package and leave the key in the package mailbox lock.
Packages from anyone other than USPS are delivered in the open package shelf across from the mailboxes. Generally, the major package delivery companies already have codes to access the building. If a package requires signature, delivery companies typically place a note in your mailbox or next to the entry door on Indiana Street or they’ll call from the entry system. There’s a little slot for outgoing mail in the mailbox cabinet.
This area is not secured and we have experienced theft and mistaken pick-up issues.

The combination code for the lock is: 3291. Make sure that you relock the dumpster! Always break down boxes!
Ladders in Garage
There are several ladders owned by the Association for Owner and tenant use. The ladders are stored in the garage adjacent to the storage room. The lock code is 5577. Please ensure to use the sign-out sheet on the clipboard above the ladders. Ladders should be returned to the garage after 48 hours. If a ladder is not returned, the applicable Owners will be charged for the cost of the replacement ladder.
Internet
Internet access is provided from Webpass (aka Google Fiber) and is paid from the unit owner’s monthly HOA dues. You should not need to activate the service. The feed for the unit is accessed in the panel in each unit’s laundry room. You should be able to plug your router in there, routers set to DHCP will typically auto-config to work with Webpass. The system does not use modems. Depending on how your network cabinet is configured, one or more of the wall ports in the living spaces may already be hooked up to the ethernet feed.
