After downloading the app, register a ButterflyMX account with the email that the management company has on file for you. It should automatically detect your email being associated with 1415 Indiana St and then you will follow the on screen instructions to complete the registration process.
For iOS (iPhone/iPad) users, it's recommended to use the "App Call" notification setting instead of the default "App Notification" Setting. This can be changed by tapping "Account" in the Butterfly MX app and then tapping "Contact Preference."

Vehicle stickers should be placed on the upper left area of the windshield on the interior side. Viewed from the exterior, the sticker should be positioned on the right upper side of the windshield.
The stickers must be adhered to the glass, not to the interior cloth or plastic edges
Vehicle stickers are self-destructive and will fall apart once removed. Please take care when placing stickers as they cannot be moved once placed.
Residents can use swipe-to-open in the mobile app or their vehicle sticker to open the garage.
