About Us

We are Highland Park Robotics, a group of over 20+ club members at Highland Park High School, New Jersey. Our team has been in FTC for over 6 years, originally starting in 2016.

Our club is full of bright students who are always interested in learning and discovering more. Each individual brings positivity and support to each other as we meet each week.

As we continue to learn and grow, everyone works hard to bring our community to the forefront of STEM, while also pushing ourselves to create more robots, team projects, and STEM outreaches for the community.

Each year we consistently reach out to our community to bring more students into the club and introduce an interest in STEM. We hope to share the excitement and potential of STEM with everyone.

Being a school club and FTC team, we are limited to 15 team members who arrive at official League tournaments and the club members who arrive at our room each day. Everyone in the team is still a club member. Regardless, everyone is granted an equal opportunity to build, engineer, and program our robots.

Mrs. Keisha F. Stephen

Highland Park High School Teacher

While providing guidance and organization to the team, Mrs. Stephen steps back and allows the students to do the work in design and code, granting us independence when it comes to creating our robots.
