Brigade CMD Team Personnel Duties and Responsibilities:

• Commander: Leads the brigade, oversees unit formations, assigns missions, maintains morale, conducts inspections, enforces discipline, and mentors subordinate commanders.

• Executive Officer: Second-in-command, supervises staff operations, ensures coordination between staff sections, assists in project planning, recommends staff appointments, and supports command inspections.

• Brigade Command Sergeant Major: Senior enlisted advisor to the commander, manages NCO development, oversees headquarters operations, assists in safety program implementation, handles accountability activities, and coordinates formations and ceremonies.
