strictly no visitors/unauthorised/unregistered/unaccounted guests will be permitted inside the property at all times

pets not allowed

house parties/events not allowed

no smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes inside the property

illegal substances and paraphernalia are not allowed inside the property

commercial photography and filming are not allowed

quiet hours - 23:00 to 06:00

guests are expected to walk up and down the stairs with extra care to avoid accidents during their stay

short-term holiday let agreement must be signed by both guests and host

we will require proof of identity i.e., passport, UK driving license, national identity card from an EEA member state
