The property:

We provide a clean and cosy place on the upper (first) floor for you to enjoy privately. You have exclusive use of a walk-in shower/toilet and kitchen/diner with a washer/dryer ideal for longer stays. An air-conditioning unit is provided ready for the summer months (please note - the air-conditioning unit is in the guest bedroom only). If you don't fancy cooking, a short walk to the main road and you have plenty of choices: jerk chicken, kebabs, shawarma, bar cafe, peri peri chicken and pizza, Pakistani, Indian, Chinese, and Afghan cuisine. As an added bonus, there is a local post office and chemist/pharmacy nearby.

Interaction with guests:

I give my guests space and respect their privacy, but contactable by email, text, phone call, and messaging apps.

Other details to note:

Please ensure all windows are closed in the kitchen and shower room when you are out of the property as these overlook a shared flat roof with the next-door neighbour.
