Cancellation Policy

We want to keep things simple but fair for both our guests and us:

• full refund if cancellation is made before 12:00 (noon) one day before the guests' arrival

• we will charge a night stay if cancellation is made after 12:00 (noon) one day before the guests' arrival

• guests are free to shorten their stay and a refund for unused nights will be arranged providing the guests exit the property no later than 12:00 (noon)
