What is the Academic Team? The Academic Team is a group of 9th- 12th grade students who will compete in general knowledge trivia challenges. The JV team will consist of 9th and 10th grade students. Varsity will consist mostly of 11th and 12th grade students, but all students can compete on varsity. Each game can have 4 players competing against players from schools in the surrounding area. Students must possess a wide range of knowledge, a competitive spirit, the desire to learn and improve, and the ability to quickly recall information. Outgoing students tend to do better, but shyness is not part of the eligibility criteria.
