Emerging Technology Project

Why did I choose this?

I chose this topic because my major I hope to pursue is mortuary science. I really find it interesting learning more about cemeteries and how there are areas in technology that can help improve and comfort who may of lost a decreased loved one. It can also be quite convenient because when there is just a QR code right there, you are able to just scan it with no problems and quickly be greeted with memories of a fallen loved one.

What did I learn?

I learned that technology can be used in all sorts of ways include cemeteries.  I really never knew this existed until I found out after researching more about it. Its really unique and creative way of how just by scanning a QR code you are able to revisit those memories of that loved one. I really think this can improve in everyday technology. Espically toward those who may of lost many notable valuables belonging to the person. Just scanning it and a quick click, can pull it right up.
