Working File Vs Deliverable File
A working file is used for editing and making changes; however, a deliverable file can be used to share, submit, or publish something.
Saving vs exporting
Saving is to commit your changes so the program can read or edit later otherwise known as working file. Exporting however converts your work into a format that other programs or people can use known as Deliverable Files
