Unit 0 

During Unit 0 I learned about?

• How to properly send an email and make it look more professional: Something I never knew about letters was the signature. I never knew you could add signatures to the bottom of letter making them look professional

• You don't have to be an expert: Personally I find technology pretty challenging but my professor I feel helped me get it off to a strong start and make it seem somewhat fun.

• 5 different components to Information system: Hardware, Software, Data, People Process

During Unit 0 I set things to improve?

What I need to improve?

• Organization: I feel like when I write out all my note they are all over the place and kind of messy making it more difficult to read. This can also go with files I think I need to manage my file better so I don't lose them easily

• Asking more questions: Ask more questions as sometimes I feel lost especially during the lectures

• Participation: Engaging more in class discussions.

Reflection: During Unit 0 it taught me how to properly write an email in a professional format and to end it with a signature. I also gained more knowledge about the 5 different components to the information system. There were also signs of areas I could improve me in, including asking more questions, Organization and being engaged in conversations.
