April 20, 2013 - We moved In !!!!

April 17, 2013 - House final inspection complete!

April 4, 2013 - Permit pulled for two-car detached garage

April 1, 2013 - Interior Hardwood floors, carpets, appliances, final electrical and plumbing in the works

March 5, 2013 - Cabinets delivered ... Interior trim work in progress ... Interior prime coat completed... Exterior initial color coat completed

February 15, 2013 - Exterior exterior paint prep and primer completed, interior "old world" wall texture completed.

February 7, 2013 - Exterior carpentry complete, including all front restored Victorian detail - ready for paint

February 2, 2013 - Drywall install and Inspection complete, Trex deck and front stairs complete

January 29, 2013 - Insulation install and inspectioncomplete

January 23, 2013 - Electrical. plumbing, HVAC rough inspection complete

January 15, 2013 - New roof and electrical rough-in complete

January 12, 2013 - Plumbing rough-in complete

January 9, 2013 - All-wood window install complete (Jeld-Wen)

January 4, 2013 - French drains & Basement waterproofing done

December 4, 2012 - Foundation complete- Framing begins

October 30, 2012 - New Foundation begins

October 24, 2012 - House move begins

October 16, 2012 - Demolition started

October 16, 2012 - Construction Begins!

October 9, 2012 - Building Permit secured
