House Move

We are re-positioning the house on the property to allow more clearance from the property line, for better appearance on the lot and to add 10' on the back to expand master bedroom and basement.

New floor joists are added for stability before lifting... hats off to Aaron Nicholl for installing these joists amongst the "old" framing and joists

House is now positioned properly ... jacks will be used to lift and suspend structure to complete excavation for basement.

House suspended on steel girders to prepare to re-position... The guys at Lozano & Delgado, Inc are "Magicians"

House is now in place, elevated and ready to finish digging basement, pouring foundation and then lowering house onto new foundation.
