Mr. Bui Quang Huy will help you prepare a student testimony and an enrollment certificate to verify your student status at VGU. 

For your part, please prepare an NA5 Form with all correct details and an official temporary residence confirmation form (giấy xác nhận tạm trú) from your landlord. The NA5 must have the signature from the Vice President of VGU so please submit it to us as soon as possible.  

Once all your documents are ready, I will inform you via email. After that, please arrange a day when you and Ms. Tuu (MEN Program Assistant) can go to the Binh Duong Immigration Office to apply for your visa extension. Please note that it normally takes 7 days for your visa to be ready if the application succeeds. And under the influence of Covid-19, there might be some unannounced changes during the procedures.

NOTICE: 

• Student prepares cash before going to the Binh Duong immigration office. (CASH ONLY)

• A VGU staff go with this student and fill in the form with personal signature, full name and phone number.
