Nigel Hopps - is an experienced and successful leader with over 30 years of experience both as a management consultant and within the NHS. He is an expert in change management and has led or supported the delivery of key programmes including the Productive Series and Electronic Booking. He has successfully developed and managed healthcare consultancy practices focussing on strategic planning and delivery, organisational development and large scale change management, service reviews and the preparation of business cases. Nigel has worked with a wide range of clients including the Department of Health, Monitor, NHS England, Commissioners, Provider Organisations and Local Education and Training Boards
Lynn Callard is an experienced executive leader and professional clinician. She has extensive experience in large scale change and service improvement having led at a national level the implementation of The Productive Series. In this role, she has influenced a broad range of stakeholders across diverse organisations and has guided organisations to develop strategies that have achieved efficiencies whilst enhancing staff and patient experience. In particular, Lynn designed, developed and implemented – both nationally and internationally The Productive Leader. Lynn has worked extensively across the NHS including with the NHS England, Department of Health, Monitor, CQC, RCN and clinical commissioning groups

Matt Tite - Matt has worked with us on a number of as assignments. He is an expert in measurement for improvement who is able to translate data in useful and usable information. He also has experience in service improvement, including capacity demand analysis and waiting time reductions. He is able to deliver training on measurement for improvement (including SPC training) that is interesting and understandable. He is able to help organisations understand their data and what it is telling them about the quality of care being delivered to patients.
Kristy Parnell - Kristy is an experienced programme manager with Prince 2 and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) qualifications. She has extensive experience in service improvement and is particularly talented in facilitating complex groups. Kristy has worked both nationally and internationally in leading large scale change programmes including being the national lead for The Productive Ward programme.
