What difference have we made?

• Designed and delivered more than 60 improvement events at which we have supported and trained over 2000 people in the use of Improvement Tools and Skills
• Designed and delivered an organisation wide Improvement Programme resulting in improved patient care and resulted in £2m of savings so far
• Using a 'train the trainer' approach, trained a small team of improvement leads in a private healthcare provider in order for them to embed a quality improvement ethos within their organisation
• Using our approach, enabled an organisation that was at risk of losing its contract to provide specialist mental health services for children to secure its future commissioning contract with NHS England
• Supported the successful redesign of Children's Services across one Borough
• Supported the success reconfiguration of Continuing Care services across 3 London Boroughs
• Developed and deployed national guidance on safe staffing for mental health services
• Successfully redesigned community and mental health services in two providers through training in Demand and Capacity principles
• Supported a local authority to work with a wide range of stakeholders to develop a 0 to 25 integrated service for children and families across their Borough
• Commissioned by NHS England developed a version of the '15 Steps Challenge' for Commissioners designed to support commissioners to ensure there is sufficient patient involvement in service delivery
