The Challenge
We were approached by a Healthcare Foundation Trust who wanted use improvement tools and techniques to empower staff to help meet the cost improvement targets whilst maintaining or improving quality of care. They asked if we could design an approach that would systematically engage with each team within the trust – clinical and non clinical, to help them look at how they currently deliver their services and identify areas for improvement that would provide both financial and quality benefits.

The Challenge
Following a challenging internal audit report and subsequent external review, we were asked to support the re-design of a patient facing service, managed by three CCGs. Vertovis was engaged due to our ability to understand the complexity of operational management whilst working with the service to identify and implement the changes that were required.
