Services

The following services can be offered based on the child's needs as determined by the Individualized Family Service Plan team (consisting of families of students, providers and district representative):

  • Screening and comprehensive developmental assessment by multi-disciplinary educational team

  • *Home visit education programs for the child and family that support the child's developing skills in their daily routines, activities and relationships.

  • **Variety of educational social and community programs for toddlers; some include parent participation.

  • Access to support services including vision, infant, and motor specialists, psychologist, audiologist and speech and language therapist.

  • Speech and language therapy provided through individual and small group sessions

  • Parent education

  • Community resource referrals

  • Coordination of Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)

*Virtual home visits can also be provided.

**Either proof of vaccination or a negative test result within a week will also be mandated for adult family members accompanying students to access on-site services. Thank you for your understanding!
