Eligibility

Children must meet the following federal and state criteria to be eligible:

• Birth to 36 months of age

• Reside in Vallejo

AND

• Exhibit a significant delay (determined through an assessment by our specialists) in one or more areas such as motor, cognitive, communication, social/emotional

OR

• Have an established risk condition such as autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, or other genetic disorders

OR

• Have a "low incidence" disability such as a visual impairment, deaf and hard of hearing, or a combination of these disabilities

OR

• Are at risk for developmental disability due to combination of medical risk factors
