This Privacy Policy explains how VC International, LLC (“Our Company” or “WE”) collects, shares, and uses any information that relates to you when you use our VetCheck software ("VetCheck"), or this Site, engage with us on social media, or otherwise interact with us (your “Personal Data”). This Privacy Policy also explains the rights you have concerning the Personal Data that we process and how you can exercise these rights.

VetCheck Software Data Collection and Usage
We do not collect information during your use of VetCheck software, including your use of accessing the internet or sending e mails from the software. If you elect to send e mails from the VetCheck software, you have the option of attaching reports or database backup files to those e mails. Such attachments may contain your personal data or the personal data of your client(s). VetCheck uses e mail clients such as G mail, Outlook, or Thunderbird to send your e mails. These e mail clients have processes and policies in place to protect your privacy, which we adhere to. For example, when VetCheck accesses G mail services, we follow the Google API Services Data Policy.
If you send reports or database backups from VetCheck to other third parties, ensure that the receiver is permitted access to the data and agrees to protect any Personal Data. If you send VetCheck reports, database backups or other data to OUR COMPANY pertaining to your use of VetCheck, WE may use such data for various purposes:
To provide customer support
To detect, prevent and address technical issues with the use of VetCheck
To analyze information so we can improve and add to VetCheck features
Sharing data in anonymous format for the education of other VetCheck users or potential users
This Site Data Collection and Usage
To improve your experience with our Site we may collect information on how you navigate the Site, information about your connection, and the technical means you use to access our Site. We will hold on to your information for as long as you continue to be a VC International, LLC customer and for as long as we are required to keep it to ensure we meet our legal requirements across the globe.
Your Personal Data is available and accessible only by those who need the data to accomplish the intended processing purpose. To the extent necessary, your Personal Data may be shared with suppliers and subcontractors (processors and sub-processors) carrying out certain tasks on OUR COMPANY’S behalf and with independent third-parties, including, but not limited to, using personal information you share with us or that we indirectly collect to verify your identity and for fraud prevention purposes.
