Elementary  School Quarter 1 Clubs and Activities

Quarter 1 Clubs and Activities will be announced on 9/2/25.  Registration and applications will begin on September 9, 2025 at 6:00pm and will run through September 11, 2025 or until max capacity is reached.  Activities will begin on 9/15/25 (unless otherwise noted) and end on October 16th.

Registering for PTA After School Clubs

•  Registration opens promptly at 6 pm on September 9, 2025   It will be open until 6 pm on September 11, 2025 or until the clubs are full, whichever comes first.  There are limited spots so you are encouraged to register early.  

•  You will be notified via email by the 9/12/25 of your child’s positive enrollment. If you do not receive an e-mail, then your child was not enrolled.  Unenrolled students will be automatically added to the wait list and contacted if spots become available in the order of the timestamp on their registration.  

Please note that registration is NOT automatic enrollment. Enrollment will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Elementary School After School Club Procedures 

• Please complete the transportation change note using the link below: ODS transportation change note

• After school Club Transportation notes must be submitted on each date – you cannot bulk submit.

• After School Clubs run from 3:45 pm to 4:45.  Students will report to club upon classroom dismissal.  

• Parent pick up is promptly at 4:45 - after two late pick ups a child may be removed from the club.

• Parents will need to park in the main lot and walk up the front doors and wait for volunteers to dismiss their child. 

• Parents are not to enter the building.  Must have a photo ID ready to present to club volunteers. Students will not be released to individuals without an ID or not on the approved pick up list. 

• Students who attend the Kidzquest program will be dropped off at Kidzquest when club dismisses.
