Schedules

The specific (breakdown) schedule is linked HERE and has been shared with the entire cast and crew. This schedule should be shared with parents and guardians in order to allow proper planning. ALL rehearsals and performances are mandatory and essential to an enjoyable production experience.

Performance call time for cast and crew members will generally be two hours* before each performance. Some cast and crew members may be required to report earlier depending on their individual situations. It is essential that cast and crew abide by call times for each performance.

*Call time for the closing performance (Show #5: Sunday, November 24, 2024) is scheduled for 11:00 AM in order to take cast and crew photos. Yes, this is an earlier call time and the entire cast and crew are required to report.

Cast and crew should eat prior to their call times. Food and drink (other than water) is not permitted in the band / chorus / orchestra hallway, backstage, in the dressing rooms, shops, booths, etc.

Cast and crew should plan for performances times to run approximately 2.5 hours with a 30-minute clean-up. This should be shared with parents andguardians to plan rides. ALL cast and crew members are expected to help clean-up and reset before they leave after each performance.
