1. accessing ParentVue online at: Student/ParentVUE OR
2. accessing StudentVue on your child's Chromebook.
3. Select the COURSE REQUEST tab so view your student's course selections.
*Please note that the mobile ParentVue App may not load course requests; we advise families to access ParentVue on a computer if possible.
NOTE: Our master schedule is built upon the course requests of our students and staffing decisions are based on student selections. We cannot guarantee changes after we have designed our schedule based on those requests.
After March 5, 2025 at 2:00 PM, course request changes will be considered on a case by case basis by completing the course request change form linked above and may not be approved due to scheduling and staffing limitations.
March 5 to March 17 is a dead period. No course request changes will be considered.

AP Commitment Form: for students who are signed up for an AP course (Please note: Students must remain in the AP course for the entire first nine weeks.)
Application for Waiver of Full-Day Enrollment (must be completed if requesting an excused block)
Dual Enrollment: Click HERE ALL STUDENTS TAKING A DUAL ENROLLMENT COURSE FOR THE 25-26 SCHOOL YEAR MUST COMPLETE THE APPLICATION BY MAY 31st, 2025. Workshops will be available in school prior to this date.
As part of the VBCPS High School Redesign initiative to empower future ready learners, VBCPS enters Year 3 of the flexible scheduling model. As we continue to improve the flexible schedule, here are some important reminders for Kellam HS:
Academic Course Planning - Parents and students should give careful consideration to planning their high school academic course. The blank form linked in the ACP link could be used for valuable planning discussion with parents, guardians, and counselors as we prepare for student's post secondary goals (enlist, enroll, or employ). Please open the google doc and make a copy for an editable option.
