Mr. A. Sebarajah is an English Instructor G II in the Department of English Language Teaching at the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Vavuniya, Sri Lanka, and a Visiting Lecturer at SLIATE, Vavuniya. With 11 years of experience in English Language Teaching across various government educational sectors—including schools, Vocational Training Centres, the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technical Education (SLIATE), and universities—he has developed a robust background in the field.
Mr. Sebarajah holds an MA in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) from the Postgraduate Institute of English (PGIE) at the Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL), an MA in Linguistics from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, and a BA in English Language Teaching (ELT) from the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka. His research and teaching interests encompass Applied Linguistics, TESL, teaching theories, approaches, and methodologies, Discourse Analysis, Error Analysis, Business Communication, soft skills, and effective communication skills.
