The IB Diploma Program is a high school program of study prescribed by the International Baccalaureate that is a college preparatory program. Students who are committed to the IB Diploma Program must complete at least one course out of each of the following groups as well as all 3 elements of the CORE. This results in our IB diploma program candidates committing to 7 classes each year. Students must also pass all their courses and complete all internal and external assessments for each course. As an IB Diploma Program candidate, you are required to take a minimum of 3 HL subjects and no more than 3 SL subjects.
Students who commit to the IB Diploma Program do not need to meet the VPS graduation requirements for high school graduation.
