All students and families can access support from our VPS Help Desk.

They can be reached at 360-313-5400 (M-F 8-4) or via the Student Tech Help icon below!

Use the “Student Tech Help” icon on the home screen to ask for assistance or email to send a message to student.support@vansd.org or call (360) 313-5400. Issues to report include:

      • Your Passcode or password doesn’t work

      • You don’t have Internet access at home

      • Your device is broken (device or charger)
