Shipping and Exchange

We use DTDC as our domestic carrier, but can use Trackon if requested. This may cause a two day delay in the day it is shipped. Also for the main market areas of city we use local courier services too.

Everything we ship - both domestically and internationally - is completely insured by our third party insurer. 

We do our very best to ship every in-stock item and order within 24 hours of it being placed. If a portion of your order is not currently available, we will contact you as soon as possible. All orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday should be shipped that day but this is not guaranteed. Please call the store at +91-9799886262 to ensure the order can be shipped the same day. The arrival of your order - if shipped DTDC Ground - will depend on your location, but please estimate about 3-7 business days from the day it is shipped.  DTDC 2 Day Air will arrive two business days after it is shipped. (If your order goes out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday.) 

We are happy to ship to a non-INDIAN address provided it is being sent to the billing address provided us in "Ship to" section of order sheet. Our international shipping carrier depends on the insurance value and destination of the order. If you are receiving your order outside of the INDIA, you will be responsible for all taxes, duties and brokerage fees incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping. It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. We have no control over this and ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary. We reserve the right to not ship to certain countries. Once the package is signed for, we are not responsible for it or its contents. We always declare the full value of any shipments.
