First you have to select designs from our site or shared presentation. Let us know the design numbers & subsequent quantity on our mail id :- info@vaidehigems.com, or by call to our store at :- +91-9799886262, or by filling Purchase order form on our site.

After receiving your order sheet, we first check our stock and the items which are in our stock, we dispatch them on the same day or next day with your confirmation & after reflecting amount in our account against P.I. And start the production of the remaining items as special orders.

A special order is anything we order for you that is not a regularly stocked item. It could be a new customize development or any alteration in any of our designs . It can also be a piece of jewelry we have already sold and weren't planning on ordering again. It's special! And just for you! 

Vaidehi Jewelry accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Bhim UPI & any wallet payments. As well as neft & IMPS Payments are most welcome. Please refer to our Bank details page for our bank account details for Indian buyers. For international buyers bank details Please refer to our Accounts page. 

We strive to ship items ordered before 2pm IST that same day provided it is in stock but that is not guaranteed so if you really need something to ship the same day, please give us a call at +91-9799886262. Orders placed during the weekends will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. We are closed on Sundays and usually. Keep in mind that orders being shipped via expedited services are only in motion during business days. Therefore, something shipped with 2 day Air delivery option on a Friday will arrive the following Tuesday. 

We use DTDC, but can also ship via Trackon & Local couriers subject to delivery address of recipients if requested. Keep in mind that this may delay the shipping date by one business day. We require an adult signature that cannot be waived on all deliveries...no exceptions. 

Yes, we do! Currently we are accepting these orders using Bank remittance. Please know you will be responsible for any duties / taxes incurred by customs. We cannot control customs delays and charge a flat rate of $85 for most international shipments. We frequently use India Post, Fedex or Air cargo for our international clients. We are currently not accepting returns or exchanges on international purchases so keep that in mind when ordering. 

Vaidehi will gladly accept back merchandise in unworn and pristine condition within 2 days from the time you receive your order. These items may be returned for product exchange, store credit & not for refund. We will adjust the amount with exchanged items minus the original shipping charges. Any items returned to us after 2 days from your receipt will only be  at our sole discretion. Sale and trunk show items are final sales and not eligible for exchange . We process returns the same day they are received. Keep in mind that,  it may take 2-10 days for the exchanged goods to reach to you.

We recommend sending back any merchandise via insured mail for the full amount of the package and getting tracking number. We do not accept COD packages. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Unfortunately, all altered items and special orders are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Since we are located within INDIA, GST is only charged if the items are shipped within INDIA (currently 3%). Otherwise, there is NO sales tax applied to any purchases. 

Unfortunately, no. The artist has made the jewelry just for you and not for our stock. 

It really depends on the artisans and their production schedule. Our standard timing window is 4-8 weeks and we will contact you the day it arrives. If you have a particular deadline, let us know and we will do our very best to accomodate your time frame. 

The items which we are not making & we can only arrange them for you is called one of a kind items.

Once it sells, it is gone. Sometimes we can get pieces that are similar, but not exactly the same.
