All students are required to sign the document titled, "Student Acceptable Use Policy" from Ventura Unified School District. In addition, students are required to follow the Student Guidelines Policy. These document can be viewed by clicking the links above.
According to the Administrative Code, Title 5, Section 302: To protect the health and safety of all students, "Grooming or dress which is disruptive to the educational program shall not be permitted. The Board prohibits the presence of any apparel, jewelry, accessory, notebook or manner of grooming which by the virtue of its color, arrangement, trademark or any other attribute which denotes membership in a gang. Any student wearing or carrying gang paraphernalia or making gestures that symbolize gang membership shall be referred to the principal for appropriate disciplinary action. This policy shall be applied by the principal as the need arises at individual school sites.
