✔ Make sure the HDMI cable is firmly plugged into both your computer and the classroom wall plate.

✔ Turn on the projector.

✔ Press Source Search on the Epson remote if no picture appears.

✔ Audio should automatically play through the classroom ceiling speakers.

💡 Pro Tip: HDMI is the most reliable connection and is recommended whenever possible.

Best for: Older classroom configurations

Some classrooms use a USB cable between the computer and projector.

If you're using USB:

✔ Make sure the USB cable is securely connected to both the computer and the wall plate.

✔ Open the Epson software if prompted.

✔ If the projector doesn't detect the computer, disconnect and reconnect the USB cable.

💡 What You Should Know

USB connections rely on Epson's projection software to transmit video and may not be available on every classroom setup.

Best for: Windows laptops connected wirelessly

Using the Epson iProjection app allows you to present without plugging in an HDMI cable.

Before presenting:

✔ Make sure you're connected to the correct classroom projector.

✔ Verify both your computer and the projector are connected to the same district network.

✔ If your screen doesn't appear, disconnect and reconnect through the Epson iProjection application.

⚠️ What You Should Know

Some streaming services (such as YouTube) may display a black screen when projected wirelessly due to content protection restrictions.

If this happens, connect your computer using an HDMI cable instead.
