⚙️ How to Grant Access
Click the ⚙️ Gear icon and select “See all settings.”
Navigate to the Accounts and Import tab.
Under Grant access to your account, click “Add another account.”
Enter the district email address of the person you wish to delegate access to.
Click Next Step, then Send email to grant access.
The person you delegated to will receive an email invitation—once they accept, they’ll be able to access your Gmail through their own account.
💬 Pro Tip: Delegates cannot change your password, account settings, or chat on your behalf. This keeps your account secure while still allowing workflow flexibility.
💬 Pro Tip: If you no longer need someone to have access, return to Settings → Accounts and Import and click Delete next to their name under the “Grant access to your account” section.
💬 Pro Tip: This feature is ideal when you’re on vacation, on leave, or working closely with office staff who assist with communication or scheduling.
