If you prefer keyboard commands over mouse clicks, Gmail offers dozens of shortcuts to help you navigate, organize, and manage emails faster. Once enabled, these shortcuts can dramatically improve your workflow and save time throughout the day.
To enable Gmail keyboard shortcuts:
Click the ⚙️ Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select “See all settings.”
In the General tab, scroll down to the Keyboard shortcuts section.
Select “Keyboard shortcuts on.”
Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
