Technology vs. Maintenance
While the Technology Department handles a wide range of tech-related needs across the district, some items fall under the responsibility of the Maintenance Department.
If you experience issues with any of the following, please contact your head custodian and site secretary to have a request submitted to the Maintenance team for investigation and repair:
Electrical Issues
Power outlets
Circuit breakers
Light switches
In-ceiling lights and fixtures
Exterior and emergency lighting
HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
Classroom or office A/C and heating problems
Thermostat malfunctions
Ventilation or air filter concerns
Plumbing
Sinks, toilets, urinals
Drinking fountains
Water leaks or drainage issues
Doors, Locks, and Hardware
Door alignment, handles, and closers
Lock malfunctions (non-technology related)
Furniture and Fixtures
Broken desks, chairs, or shelving
Whiteboard or bulletin board installation/repairs
Ceiling and Flooring
Damaged or stained ceiling tiles
Flooring repairs or trip hazards
General Building Needs
Wall damage or graffiti removal
Roof leaks
Pest control
Playground and fencing repairs
