To search for someone in the directory:
Press the Contacts button (icon resembles a person).
Use the silver navigation wheel to scroll down and select Corporate.
Press the Search softkey (the rectangular button beneath the screen).
Use the dial pad to enter the person's last name using multi-tap text input (e.g., press the 4 key once for "G", the 2 key twice for "A", the 5 key three times for "L").
Press the Search softkey again to view results.
To find your phone’s extension, simply lift the handset and look at the upper-left corner of the display. You'll see a six-digit number—that’s your extension.
Every phone now uses a six-digit extension, which combines what used to be your site number and site extension. While your extension remains the same, the old concept of using separate site numbers (like "50" for ESC) has been deprecated.
Setting Up Your Voicemail (One-Time Setup):
Press the Voicemail button on your phone (icon looks like a tape reel).
Enter the default password: 0327.
Follow the voice prompts to complete the setup process. You must finish all steps for voicemail to be activated.
Checking Your Voicemail:
Once set up, you can access your messages directly from your phone by pressing the Voicemail button.

Our district has transitioned from the Mitel Connect client to MiCollab, a web-based platform for managing calls, voicemails, and contacts.
Instead of using the old Mitel Connect desktop app, you’ll now access your phone features online through the MiCollab web portal. This makes it easier to check voicemails, search the staff directory, and manage your call settings from anywhere with an internet connection—no software installation required.
