Sometimes, requests come in for items that the Technology Department doesn’t typically keep in surplus. Generally, any additional accessories—such as a wireless mouse, monitor, or speakers—are considered separate purchases. These must be requested through your school site administrator or department head. Once approved, purchased, and delivered, the Technology Department will assist with setup and configuration to ensure everything works properly.

There are all-in-one docking stations and hubs available that allow your laptop to connect to virtually any external device—such as monitors, keyboards, mice, and speakers—through a single unit.
Contact the Human Resources Department for all ergonomic requests. If approved, they will order your equipment. Once the equipment arrives, the Technology Department will assist in helping you get it set up with your computer. You may need to Request a Technology Specialist for assistance.
